Where should I use the Solo Stove?
The Ranger and Bonfire both work great in a backyard or to take with you on your weekend adventures. The Yukon was designed as a back garden fire feature but work great in events or anywhere large groups plan to gather.
Shipping / Delivery information?
Free Next Day Delivery for all orders placed before 4:00pm in the UAE excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Orders placed after 4:00pm will be delivered after 2 days. We also offer Same Day Delivery for all orders placed before 12:00pm charged at AED 50 per order.
Orders placed on Friday or public holidays will be processed the next business day and delivered the day after that.
Shipping out of the UAE will be quoted for at checkout.
Does my Solo Stove come with warranty?
We warranty each and every Solo Stove product to be free of manufacturing defects, and we will replace with a new product, at our option, any Solo Stove product that is deemed defective.
What if i'm not satisfied when it arrives?
If you are not 100% satisfied with the size of your fire pit for any reason, just contact us and we’ll be happy to exchange your fire pit for another model. Return your order back to us within 7 days in its original form and we can either provide you a credit note or an instant exchange.
Do I need to purchase any accessories?
No, your fire pit is ready to use with just wood.
Can I cook on my Solo Stove?
Absolutely! Check out our fire pit cooking accessory for the Ranger & Bonfire models.
Is it difficult to set up once it arrives?
The Solo Stove's singular construction completely removes the need for parts and assembly. There is literally no setup.
Where can I buy fire wood in the UAE?
Order through us and we'll deliver firewood to your door in Dubai the next day. But if you're in other Emirates then you can buy firewood at most petrol stations, larger supermarkets and hardware stores. Amazon also offers firewood for home delivery.
Does my fire pit come with a cover?
The Ranger and Bonfire both come with a black, nylon carrying case with handles for easy transport and storage. For the Yukon, we sell a PVC-coated cover that protects it from the elements.
Can I keep my unit permanently outside?
Solo Stove fire pits can be stored outside with the appropriate Solo Stove cover. That said, prolonged exposure to harsh weather will likely increase rust & discoloration.
How do I clean my Solo Stove?
After the stainless steel has cooled, turn it upside down to empty the minimal remaining ashes left in your stove. If needed, use a dry cloth to wipe it afterwards. It’s that easy!
